Think of a layered interior - exterior circulation effort like in multiple prototypes which were plagued by cost cutting piggyback projects with excess materials from other projects to achieve innovative advancements from initial designs
A valve cycle compressor for the inside versus 1.0-2.0 or Sheet + Boxer outside can be used as an accumulative effort to increase Energy yields living us from Variable 3 to a safe 2 or 1

The amount of power a Pelton wheel can produce depends on the water flow and design, but it can range from a few kilowatts to tens of megawatts:Smallest Pelton wheels: A few inches across, these wheels can produce power from mountain streams with flows of a few gallons per minute. Largest Pelton wheels: The Bieudron Hydroelectric Power Station in Switzerland has Pelton wheels that are over 400 megawatts
Utility-scale Pelton systems: These systems can produce tens of megawatts
Pelton wheels are the preferred turbine for hydro-power when the water source has a relatively high hydraulic head at low flow rates. The amount of electric power generated by the generator is proportional to the available water head
