The Estates of Rod, Marie & son Jordan included Dr Nic Bennett - Sydney Nicola Bennett as 50% - 100% executor with Amy Toms holding liability over some of Jordans separate investments between 1985-2015

Dr Nic Bennett - Sydney Nicola Bennett signed off in 2015 due to the public disclosures over Havana Syndrome & the H.I.3 Case for January 2016

Roger Ouellette & Tim Koslov were previously with Michael Persinger & Dr Mary Koslov prior to 2018-2022 in charge of Dr Nic Bennett - Sydney Nicola Bennett if Nic were incaputated as power of attorney while Rod & Marie Bennett were legal guardians of Nic's between 1985-2001 yet if Nic were incaputated Rod & Marie had no legal say due to legally binding contracts 

The estates of Rod, Marie & son Jordan are in succession for Amy Toms & or with connected interests since January 2016

The estate of Dr Nic Bennett - Sydney Nicola Bennett is in succession for Madison Koslov Bennett or with connected interests since 2022 January including power of attorney if Nic is incapitated

The efforts by the NB-OT Labs against Jacqueline Francis Keller which involved a tram connected to Ottawa thar hooked her up at the Canadore College dorms in 2006 are piggybacked in the H.I.3 Case as they harmed her in Ottawa between 2008-2011 including at Mont Tremblant while doing a Purple Bowl in College while living with Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett as a he was wirelessly segregated before having met Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett by the same Lab clusters 

Justice for Jackie is involved not to reference other international cases yet she was merely a nice College student into Business - Ecotourism & Medical Sciences (PSW). Jackie is a victim of over 1000 the NB-OT Labs had no right to hook up to a wireless device 

Some of Jackie Keller's family members & extended were used by the NB-OT Labs yet she & son Ethan were not deserving of what the NB-OT Labs did to Jackie between 2006-2014 / 2014-2024 as per evidence available 

Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett & Jacqueline Francis Keller agreed to date other people in 2014 in response to the NB-OT Labs so Jackie could live close to family in Renfrew County due to the neuro-attacks while CIG 3 Labs (P.K) fought the NB-OT in a flip-trick & trace - investigate advanced effort monitoring rhein efforts taken against Jackie 24/7 like to her affected persons. Jackie is entitled to $1.75-10 Million in financial damages or more in a controlled settlement against the NB-OT Labs which would leave her unmanned monitored & just take control of her body from unmanned to partial & full control anytime 24/7 forcing her to do as she wouldn't consciously lime other affected persons including Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett 

The CIG 3 will save Jackie & Ethan in the H.I.3 Lawsuits due to her connection then to Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett like other cases while other invested interests are addressing others affected by non-Standardized Labs in North America or internationally 

Jacqueline Francis Keller is 0% liable based on traced evidence. Jackie deserved to travel & live then work + study with Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett between 2007-2014 & separate experiences since despite the NB-OT Labs efforts taken against her & others 

The NB-OT Labs simply rolled in a main or intermediary device & hooked up Jackie without her knowing then rolled UT out to operate from a lab location she was unaware of as to throw address or GPS location 

People had been hooked up without knowing while awake or asleep as unsuspecting persons while Standardized Labs use a Court-order process
