We are then deemed mentally unstable & isolated as discredited bad people because you hooked our brains - bodies up for a non-Standardized Lab to carry out efforts against us 24/7 using voice to skull - voice through mouth efforts taking control our bodies head to toe from unmanned to partially to fully manned vocally - physically + psychologically using brain washing & different efforts 

People physically around the body interpret efforts as socially in-context or out-of context unless they are also neuro-segregated as you if you stand near the body can often hear those operating at the NB-OT Lab clusters or other labs through the affected persons brain - body if they are not out-of context 

The NB-OT Labs have used diverse rotations with guests including what is refereed to as "gang banger" demographic category persons in their control - attack efforts while screaming into the skull - ears & through the mouth of Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett like other victim affected persons

People that are unaware of the neurological technology equipment hooked up to the body of the subject candidate expect it to be the subject candidate acting like that & speaking vocally like that or making sounds (which is just those operating at the feiv e attacking the brain - body if the subject candidate regardless of where they are & what they are doing or intending while reiterating what the subject candidate is thinking, imagining & remembering whole going through their memories birth by month to present time)

These people then claim the subject candidates may have a DSM5 condition & may not understand social cues then may not understand how to process information or how to communicate or react & respond on their own & suggestions they should not be left alone ad they could become a threat to themselves or others & could be forgetful then not understand how to perform tasks to look after themselves or others 

DSM5 conditions are hereditary DNA, late onset or short - Kong term trauma based rather than injury based disability - handicaps
