The United States of America & Government of operating within & outside the USA cannot use their version of English or Imperial "spec" system to falsely declared programs that are not theirs Classified. They cannot create "Classified" programs that revoke the rights of biological life forms with no standards effectively luring in anyone off the street to experiment on using full body neurological technology or other technologies within or outside the borders & airspace of the USA or Canada 

We are suing the US Government & operating NB-OT Labs alongside specific people & groups then areas of the Public - Private Sector in & outside of North America over the NB-OT Labs efforts taken between 2012-2024 & prior to dating back before 1999 & 1993 leading up to 2011

Standardized Labs have a Law-Court order & specific standards, policies, practices & international laws to follow 

The NB-OT Labs "allegedly Classified" neuro-strike Labs operating in the USA & Canada separate from international efforts are not standardized & prey on whoever they want regardless of age or variables in factor as to their body & life cycle 

These non-Standardized Labs cannot just set up make shift labs then more permanent labs to lure people in to hook them up to a main device before sending them on their way without informing them & then later move the device to operate from another location so the affected person, subject candidate cannot figure out where the lab is located if an intermediary device to main device is not used 

This is an form of illegal - criminal wireless enslavement 


ONCE AGAIN YOU CANNOT DO THIS

You cannot source full body neurological technology equipment then hook biological bodies of humans, pets (animals) or mammals (fish) then expect to set up a classified lab to spy on the population in their daily lives through their bodies leaving them unmanned in control of their own bodies for themselves without them knowing or with them knowing yet unable to locate the responsible lab location taking partial to full control of their bodies 24/7 using normal - detention + execution or a combination of practices including brain washing & psychological - mental suppression + physical restrain efforts 

Standardized Labs have a safe process with auditing records & legal interests with teams while all others are left not hooked up & tracked through offline, online, mobile & telephone channels 

This goes beyond planted cameras in residences, vehicles or commercial properties then in items to track & monitor in secret separate from monitoring online activity & financial transaction activity as the operating labs can take control of the biological body locking in the consciousness to achieve vocal - physical + psychological - mental control
